How Do I Order?1. Go to SHOP to browse our products. 2. Click ADD TO CART on the item that you would like to buy. 3. When you're done selecting and you're ready to purchase, click CHECKOUT. 4. Type in your shipping details (Name, Address, Mobile Number, E-mail). If you would like an more seamless transaction for future purchases, sign-up for an account so you won't have to enter your details everytime you purchase on the website. 5. Choose your preferred payment. Shipping fee will be calculated upon checkout. 6. Click PLACE ORDER to complete your purchase. 7. An Order Confirmation e-mail should be sent to you. If you don't get one, let us know. 8. If you've chosen the MANUAL PAYMENT option, kindly settle your bill within 2 days and send us a screenshot of your payment transaction to pinctadapearlskin@yahoo.com 9. Wait for your package to arrive.

When can I receive my package?Due to the pandemic, we kindly ask for NO RUSH ORDERS and to be guided by the following shipping timelines: For Metro Manila shipments, kindly expect your package to arrive within 2-3 business days. For Provincial shipments, kindly expect your package to arrive within 3-5 business days. For US and Canada shipments, kindly order thru www.lumibella.ca For other locations that are not mentioned above, please expect your package to arrive within 5-7 business days.

Unfortunately, we follow a NO RETURN, NO EXCHANGE policy due to the nature of our products being skincare, for hygienic purposes. Rest assured that we are committed to providing quality products to our customers and that we make sure that the products we sent out to you are of top quality.

Do your products have an expiration?Our products have an expiration date of two (2) years after they are manufactured and is also indicated on individual packaging.

Do you ship outside the Philippines?Yes, we do. We offer shipping via DHL.
